Won’t start completely

I have yet to get the game to start up completely. About 1 out of 3 tries it will get to the title screen and then dies. I found a notice that they were having issues with El Capitan back in October, but is is Feb. Seriously, you couldn’t get a fix for this in 5 months? Come on guys!!!
