This company is a complete JOKE

If this company were in any way professional, they would have absolutely sent out a warning before the upgrade to El Capitan, even if there was only the slightest possibility of compatibility issues. There was minimal action taken to warn users of this important issue.
Since upgrading to El Capitan (a month and a half ago), Command and Conquer seizes to run. I have contacted Aspyr support several times, and each time my questions have been answered with the same scripted response of how I need to reinstall Yosemite. Their instructions for reintalling do not work, and to find out, it is near impossible to even downgrade the system without a time machine backup. Why they keep recommending this solution is beyond me.
I have numerous emails and requests that have been completely ignored, and questions that get no direct answer. There is no timeline for when this issue is expected to get fixed, or even if they are making progress with it. It is a shame so many people spent money on a company that doesn’t show the slightest care for it’s products.
Aspyr needs to rethink their business strategy in terms of customer service and bug fixes (especially when the game cannot be opened). This is a total disgrace to the hard work put into the games that Aspyr publishes.
